Biography of Robert J. Yarbrough 

Robert J. Yarbrough has practiced law for twenty-five years.   He is a patent attorney licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and an environmental attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and Kentucky.  In environmental matters, he is counsel to Drinker, Biddle & Reath LLP, a firm of over four hundred lawyers with offices in Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Princeton, Los Angeles and San Francisco.  In patent matters he is   counsel to Lipton, Weinberger &  Husick LLP, a specialty intellectual   property firm.   He worked in the Environmental Practice Group of   Drinker, Biddle & Reath from 1996  though 1997 and in the   Environmental Department of Cohen,  Shapiro, Polisher, Shiekman &   Cohen, a Philadelphia regional firm, from 1989 through 1995.  He  enforced environmental laws for   the Commonwealth of Kentucky  from 1977 through 1988.  He is the   Chairman of the Delaware County Intellectual Property Forum (1998-2002) and Chairman of the  Delaware County Bar Association Intellectual Property Committee  (2002). He is past Legislation Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar  Association Environmental Law  Committee (2000-2001).   Mr. Yarbrough is a frequent author and presenter on environmental and intellectual property topics.
